The Task & Project Vision

Our client in Aledo lived in the countryside and wanted to evoke a similar atmosphere in their master bathroom. We retained the existing layout and updated the elements to create a modern country rustic style.

For the flooring, we selected a contemporary grey wood-look tile, which offered the visual appeal of wood combined with the durability of tile. We replaced the old tub with a modern freestanding soaking tub and incorporated the wood tile on the wall near the tub for a country cabin accent.

To create the illusion of additional space, we installed custom floating cabinets, revealing more floor surface area. White Calcatta quartz countertops were added above the cabinets, and LED lights with a neon hue were installed beneath them. A sliding barn door was incorporated near the cabinet area to further emphasize the rustic elements.

In the shower, we opted for a white porcelain tile with minimal veining. The same mosaic tile used for the shower floor was also used in the niche, a common design practice to maintain visual continuity. Our client was completely satisfied with our craftsmanship and ready to enjoy their renovated bathroom.
