The Task & Project Vision

For this project, the homeowner sought a timeless design with broad appeal, anticipating the potential sale of their home in the near future. The space was filled with natural light, which we utilized to accentuate the chosen materials. We opted for traditional colors across various elements, such as granite, floor and shower tiles, cabinets, and paint.

We replaced the previous cabinet color, which had a grey rusted patina, with modern white shaker cabinets for a chic look. To complement the cabinets, we installed a multi-colored grey granite countertop with oval cut-outs for the sinks and a polished white freestanding tub between the cabinets. Modern stainless faucets were used for both the bathtub and sink area, bringing our timeless, airy bathroom remodel vision to life for our Roanoke client.

To contrast the grey bathroom tile, we employed a mix of beige and taupe tones for the shower wall and tub surround. Finally, we reconfigured the master closet to create additional space, continuing the grey tile from the bathroom into the closet area.
